Who are Tomorrow’s People?

Tomorrow’s people empower young people who’ve grown up without hope and give them the confidence and the skills to find work, realise their potential, and value themselves. We help them find jobs that are right for them, where they are fulfilled and are ambitious for the future.

Through our national network of Youth Hubs, we will help 35,000 young people into work by 2022. Our Youth Hubs will deliver a tailored service for each young person, continuing to support them and their employer for up to 18 months to ensure long-term success.

What do they do?

Tomorrow’s People gives young unemployed people the confidence and the skills to find work, succeed in their new role, realise their potential, and value themselves.

Their national network of Youth Hubs helps young people break free from these social and psychological constraints. Tomorrow’s people help them get on their feet, and find and keep jobs, which transforms their futures. If they are not ready for a job, they make sure they get on the path to work, either through education or via a real training programme. By 2022, Tomorrow’s People will have helped 35,000 young people – provided they can secure the funding they need.

Our Partnership

GetMyFirstJob has been working with tomorrow’s people and created a partnership to help promote employment programmes and opportunities for young people, with an ongoing project to help understand the impact of youth employment programmes on employability and soft skills. We are looking forward to working with them to transform the prospects of even more young people.

"Tomorrow’s People supported me without judging. My life turned around when I met them."
